When setting up the V5 sign controller to work on your network you will need to check your firewall settings to make that both ports 80 and 21 are not being block for the signs IP address. The signs IP address must be a designated IP address.
If nothing has changed since the last time you successfully connected to your sign, the next step would be to restart the V5 Sign Controller. The V5 Sign Controller could be located inside of the sign, so you will need to turn off the breakers to the sign for 10 seconds. The V5 Sign Controller could also be located next to your computer, if so then you will need to unplug the power cord from the wall for 10 seconds. After the V5 Sign Controller has been turned on for 2 minutes, try to open communications in the DXFC software.
