A generic error occurred in GDI+

When Rendering a file an error of “A generic error occurred in GDI+” is displayed.

Some older versions of DsignXpress FC (DXFC) will render without a GDI error on Windows XP, but when that same version is installed/used on Vista or Win7 it would give a generic error occurred in GDI+.
